Hi there,

The molweni dog project is run by an older lady , Elaine Cairns on a voluntary basis. She goes into Molweni with a local chap (for interpretation purposes and safety) mon to fri, she works non stop 8am to 5pm , She also gets calls at all hours to come and assist dogs that have been run over etc. she then calls SPCA emergency no and asks an inspector to go out. She follows up to ensure the animals are definitely seen to.

I am Linda Weldon-Church. My beloved Husband, David, aged 59, collapsed and died very suddenly on the evening of the 24th August 2012 from an abdominal hemorrhage while we were out feeding the feral cats as we had done every evening for 11 years.

Good Morning Animal Lovers!

We will be featuring blogs on the charities we have listed so that you can learn a little more about them...

First up is Second Chance Sanctuary, here is what Cherece told us:

We started Bonsela Durban with the thought in our hearts that every animal deserves to feel the love over the festive season.

So far we have an album of drives and wish lists for the community to choose from.

Without YOU we cannot make a difference.

It warms our hearts when we see new likes on our facebook page, people enquiring, people donating, sharing the love.

We therefor have to send out this very special note to say THANK YOU to YOU!

these are just some of the orgs which you are supporting.
